What stays the same
You get a Word document that follows the structure of the PDF: headings, paragraphs, lists, bold and italic.
What is not carried over, or worth checking
It is not a perfect copy of the page. Images, tables, fonts, exact text positions and clickable links are not carried over. Scanned PDFs (images) are refused.

Why does my PDF come back as Word?
A PDF is not made to be edited. We read its structure (headings, paragraphs, lists) and give you an editable Word document. Images and tables from the PDF are not carried over.
Which files are accepted?
Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx) and PDFs that contain text. Up to 4 MB and 20,000 words. Old formats (.doc, .ppt, .xls), files with macros and password-protected files are refused.
Is this a certified translation?
No. It is a machine translation, not a certified or official one. For a legal, medical or official document, have a translator or another qualified person review it.
