You see the first page translated before you pay. If the full file does not suit you, we refund you.
30 days, full refund
Write to us within 30 days of your purchase. We refund the full amount, no reason needed.
How to ask
Write to bonjour@samrostudios.com with the date of purchase, the amount and the email used at payment, or the Stripe receipt number. No need to send the document.
The refund is made through Stripe, to the same payment method. The time before it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
Automatic refund
If translating the full document fails after your payment, the payment is refunded automatically. This is also the case if a document needs more work than the limit set for one file, or if the amount or currency Stripe received does not exactly match the price shown. The page tells you so.
Samples
The samples on the site are free. There is nothing to refund.
